Extra Virgin Olive Oil
All our oil comes from the olive groves we grow ourselves, single-variety Dritta in the “golden triangle” of Abruzzo olive oil. We take care of the whole process: from harvesting to milling in our own mill, right up to bottling. Cold extracted and stored in steel under nitrogen.
- Organic EVOO 100% Italian – Dritta single variety. Medium fruity, slightly grassy aroma, a clear balance between bitter and pungent. Also available as Aprutino Pescarese PDO.
- Sovrano. Our most intense oil: from a selection of our groves, with olives harvested before full ripeness. Medium fruity, grassy, moderately bitter with a prevailing pungency.
- Controvento. From the groves on the northern side of our hills. Light fruity, delicate, very aromatic with clear notes of almond.
Sizes · 250 and 500 ml bottles · 3 and 5 l bag-in-box · 1, 3 and 5 l tins
Organic · Pera d’Abruzzo and Datterino
Tomato passata and preserves
Our preserves are made only with tomatoes grown on the farm: the full-bodied, fragrant Pera d’Abruzzo and the small, sweet Datterino. From seed to bottle we cultivate biodiversity and tradition. No preservatives, thickeners, acidity regulators or flavour enhancers: just tomato and salt. Following the family recipe, the tomatoes are cooked before being passed, so the passata keeps better and does not separate.
- Pera d’Abruzzo tomato passata · 1 l, 720 ml, 500 ml
- Rustic passata · 720 ml, 450 ml
- Peeled tomatoes · 580 ml – ideal for pasta, pizza, soups and bruschetta
- Datterino tomatoes in sauce · 450 ml – for soups, pasta e fagioli, fish stews

Grains, flours and pasta from ancient wheat
An important part of our production is devoted to grains and pulses, grown in rotation with respect for biodiversity. In recent years we have worked to rediscover and protect ancient varieties that were disappearing: emmer (farro dicocco), the soft wheat Solina (“the mother of all grains”), Saragolla and Senatore Cappelli. Unmodified grains, rich in aroma and flavour, stone-ground into semi-wholemeal flours ideal for bread, pasta and naturally leavened cakes.
- Flours and semolina · Solina, Saragolla, emmer, chickpea and corn flour
- Ancient grain pasta · Senatore Cappelli fettuccine, caserecce, fusilli and egg chitarrina; Solina sagnette
- Pearled emmer triticum dicoccum · 500 g packs and loose
- Pulses · chickpeas, lentils, emmer and lentil soup mix
Traditional Abruzzo products
Fruit preserves, jams and conserves
Our fruit preserves are made entirely with fresh seasonal fruit: fruit and sugar, with no thickeners, pectin, colourings or preservatives. Among the recognised regional specialities we keep old family recipes such as the Sclucchijata, an extra jam of Montepulciano grapes prepared berry by berry, and Mosto cotto (cooked grape must), the heart of many traditional Abruzzo sweets.
- Fruit preserves (max 20% sugar) · apricot, cherry, plum, strawberry, peach, apple and cinnamon, pumpkin, orange – limited availability
- “La Sclucchijata” extra grape jam · 106, 212 and 396 ml
- Mosto cotto · 375 ml bottle
